Commercial Building Design and Engineering

This service includes architectural design, structural design, and engineering for light commercial and small to mid-size commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, restaurants, warehouses, and mixed-use facilities. North Atlanta Structures provides permit-ready drawings and calculations that comply with applicable building codes and local jurisdiction requirements. Architectural plans are prepared and signed and sealed by licensed architects coordinated through North Atlanta Structures. 

Typical deliverables include floor plans, elevations, building sections, foundation plans, framing plans, structural details, and engineering notes, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) plans as required for permitting. Projects may involve concrete, masonry, wood, and structural steel systems, as well as modifications to existing commercial buildings for tenant build-outs or renovations.
